Creation of Suppliers
Xoko allows you to add your suppliers in two ways:
1. Add one by one
2. Bulk upload
Adding one by one.
The following are steps to add the suppliers one by one
1. Access inventory and select suppliers
2. Click on the + sign on the top right of the screen
3. Enter the required details
- Name
-Pin
-Email address
-Phone number
-Address
4. Click on Add supplier to complete
Bulk uploading
The following are the steps
1. Access inventory and select suppliers
2. Click on the upload icon on the top right of the screen
3. Click on CSV Sample to download the file
4. Populate it on Excel and save
5. Return to the page and drag an drop the saved file
6. Click on import suppliers to comlplete
